  • 2. Cancellation Policy

    Note: Once a user subscribes to any of our plans (Free, Standard, or Premium), the subscription cannot be canceled, and the user must continue to use the plan until the end of the subscription period. No early termination or cancellation is allowed.

  • 3. Refund Policy

    Monthly Subscriptions:

    - All subscriptions are on a monthly basis and are non-refundable.

    - Refunds are not provided for partially used subscription periods.

    - Once a monthly subscription is purchased, it cannot be refunded.

    Process for Refund Requests:

    - In exceptional cases where a refund request may be considered, please contact our customer support team at support@interviewbreeze.com with your account details and the reason for the refund request.

    - Our team will review your request, and while refunds are generally not provided, exceptions may be made at the discretion of InterviewBreeze.

    Payment Gateway Charges:

    - Please note that any payment gateway charges (Razorpay or other) incurred during the transaction are non-refundable.

    InterviewBreeze reserves the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to users via email or through notifications on our website. It is the user’s responsibility to review the policy periodically.
